Shikha Srivastava, M.D., F.A.C.S.

After graduating from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Dr. Srivastava completed her surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Her interest and experience in breast cancer surgery distinguishes her as one of the first surgeons in south Atlanta to use minimally invasive procedures in the diagnosis and staging of breast cancer through stereotactic (needle core) breast biopsy and sentinel node biopsy. Dr. Srivastava is board certified in general surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She is a member of the Medical Association of Georgia and the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Her areas of special interest are in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of breast diseases and cutaneous malignant melanoma.
