Within Surgery South, Dr. Myers has developed the concept of minimally invasive (video assisted) surgery of the thyroid and parathyroid glands. The procedure is done thru a very small incision in the neck and the use of video scope. This technique facilitates the visualization of important aspects at the anatomy of the neck.
